The thyroid gland needs an array of nutrients to function optimally. Add essential fatty acids to your diet.   1. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and was on synthroid for quite a long time now. And because of it the symptoms were getting worse. So I made a decision to change my meds to natural thyroid supplements. Natural thyroid supplements restore my body needs. It does the job very well.
